HR Works announces 2012 training lineup

HR Works is pleased to announce its training lineup for 2012. The schedule for 2012 includes HR Academy, Leadership Academy, Supervisor Academy and Third Thursday courses.

HR Academy will benefit any employee responsible for human resources. These courses take a two-prong approach to human resources: compliance with Federal and State employment laws and best practice.

Leadership Academy will help supervisors and managers to gain new insights, as well as learn management skills and their practical application. Join us in this hands-on, highly interactive program for experienced supervisors looking to become more confident and achieve real business results.

For employers looking for practical ways to manage their workforce more effectively, Supervisor Academy can be a useful tool. This type of training gives managers and supervisors the skills to resolve HR issues while protecting themselves and their company from lawsuits, promoting effective employee relations, and supporting employment decisions.

HR Works also offers a monthly webinar series called Third Thursdays.  Webinars will be held on the third Thursday of most months from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.  While many of the webinars will be abbreviated versions of our HR Academy courses, some courses will also be relevant for managers and others with staffing responsibilities.
