Michelle Pedzich to present at September NYS SHRM conference

Michelle Pedzich, director of compliance for HR Works, Inc., will present at the 2010 New York State Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) Annual Conference in Saratoga Springs. The conference will take place September 12 through 14. Pedzich will present with Deborah Mourey of Mourey Associates on “Riding the Social Media Roller Coaster: Leading, Protecting and Flourishing.” This program will explore how rapidly changing technology requires HR professionals to understand how policies can protect their organization’s reputation and limit liability.
