Recruiting: Back to the Basics
Date and Time: June 22, 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

With the overwhelming amount of information available on new and innovative recruiting sources, it can be easy to overlook the basics of a successful recruitment strategy. Managing this volume, as well as effectively managing the candidate relationship, is a challenge for even the most experienced recruiter. Designed for professionals new to recruiting, or those faced with developing a recruiting strategy from scratch, this course covers the basics of recruiting and proven best practices for meeting your organization's hiring needs.

New for 2010, HR Works is offering training webinars. Many of HR Works’ webinars are abbreviated versions of HR Academy courses and are geared to human resources staff; others are relevant for managers and those with staffing responsibilities.
