Since 1991, HR Works, Inc. has provided a complete spectrum of human resource outsourcing and consulting services to clients of all sizes, in diverse industries throughout the United States.
When starting HR Works, my intention was to offer professional human resource support to small and midsized companies that did not have an HR presence internally. These businesses are the cornerstone of our economy. Therefore, it seemed natural that this group of employers would benefit from services such as policy and procedure development, benefits administration, training, recruitment and retention and employee relations support. The need was there, and the HR Works concept quickly grew in every aspect – by number of employees, suite of services, number of clients, type of clients and, of course, revenue.
Today we support companies of all sizes and industries throughout the United States. Whether a client is looking for benefits administration support, affirmative action expertise, training to reduce the risk of lawsuits, or an experienced HR manager to address critical employee issues, our specialists will provide solutions uniquely suited to each client’s organization.
