Supervisor School*
For Supervisors and Managers
Supervisor School is designed to provide new or experienced supervisors with the fundamentals of good supervision. We incorporate compliance with State and Federal Employment law and best practices into every module to ensure supervisors have the practical information and skills necessary to do their job.
Supervisor Training will give managers and supervisors the skills to resolve HR issues while protecting themselves and their company from lawsuits, promoting effective employee relations, and supporting employment decisions.
Each module is designed to stand alone, but HR Works recommends taking the complete series. Each program is 3 ½ hours long and includes interactive exercises. The series is offered at our HR Works Training facility twice a year, in the spring or fall. Additionally, the series can be customized for in-house presentation at your location. The programs can be 1 ½ - 3 hours in length, depending upon your needs.

Preventing Harassment in the Workplace*
For Employees and Supervisors
This workshop is designed to present a logical overview of all forms of harassment in the workplace, and will equip owners, managers and employees with practical and consistent guidelines for workplace behavior. Participants will learn:
- What harassment is and how to recognize it.
- Questionable behaviors and when they cross the line.
- How to evaluate their behavior.
- Your company’s non-harassment policy and how to get help if needed.
The management program is 1 ½ -2 hours long and will include information on regarding management's roles and responsibilities. The employee program is approximately one hour in length.

HR Boot Camp*
New or Experienced HR Administrators and Managers
Anyone responsible for Human Resources in your company will benefit from these programs. The goal of the modules is to ensure compliance with Federal and State employment laws and help those responsible for HR to learn the best techniques to prevent legal compliance violations.
Each module is designed to stand alone, but the entire series may be
beneficial depending upon the size of the company. Each program is 3 hours in length and conducted at the HR Works training facility.

- HR MasterWorks Series*
Strategies to Master Today's HR Challenges
HR MasterWorks is a series designed for senior HR professionals, executives, managers and supervisors. The series will address concerns that affect the performance and profitability of all organizations. Guest speakers will join us periodically to present information on a variety of timely topics, such as; benefits, retirement & immigration issues, and management of electronic HR information.
HR Works offers HR MasterWorks programs at our training facility. All programs can also be customized to meet your specific needs. Program length can be from 1 ½ - 3 hours. Examples of programs include:

- Leadership Academy*
Experience Managers and Supervisors
It has been said that managers administer, leaders inspire. In today’s workplace, to be effective, managers and supervisors must do both. They must incorporate elements of leadership in their day-to-day managing. Motivating and creating an effective team of employees with diverse work styles is not easy, so this series goes beyond the basics of HR Works’ Supervisor School. Leadership Academy will help you to gain new insights, learn skills and their practical application so you can engage your staff and move forward in achieving desired business results immediately.
Join us in this hands-on, highly interactive program for experienced supervisors to become more confident and knowledgeable leaders achieving real business results. These workshops are conducted twice a year at our HR Works' training facility in the spring and fall. They are 3 1/2 hours in length. They can also be customized to meet your specific needs.

Scalable Solutions for your Organization
Any of the above programs can be tailored for your company. Additionally, we offer Preventing Harassment in the Workplace training
for both employees and supervisors and develop custom training on client-specific topics.
