Corporate Scheduling Announcement Letters

In December the OFCCP's national office released the first round of CSALs for the 2012 audit cycle. These letters notify Federal service and supply (non-construction) contractors of potential OFCCP audits during the year.

This round of CSALs is the first to include single-establishment organizations in addition to multi-establishment organizations. It is not definitive that all of the establishments identified in each letter will be audited; nor should it be expected that they will be the only establishments audited.

No information should be submitted to the OFCCP until a Scheduling Letter has been received. Letters are frequently addressed to the CEO of the organization.
