O’Brien joins HR Works as
senior HR consultant

HR Works, Inc., has hired Susan O’Brien as a senior human resources consultant.

O’Brien has 20 years of experience in human resources, primarily in the high-tech, manufacturing and service industries. She has developed and implemented both strategic HR and business plans, and has particular expertise in applying technology to create efficiencies and optimize resources.

In her new position, O’Brien will provide HR Works clients with on-site HR consulting services, including strategic planning, process improvement and problem resolution.

O’Brien holds a master’s degree from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree from the College of Wooster in Ohio. A Penfield native, O’Brien now lives in Pittsford.
