Over the last several months, the Department of Homeland Security and the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICEE) have stepped up enforcement of immigration law. This session will provide an overview of the U.S. Immigration system, including visa classifications; acceptable forms of documentation; I-9 compliance; electronic verification and storage; and much more.
The class will be held at HR Works’ 2nd floor training facility, 246 WillowBrook Office Park (Building 200) Fairport, New York. The cost is $75.00 per person, which includes continental breakfast.
