HR Works promotes Craig-Mulvaney, Shannon, hires Rouvina

Shannon Craig-Mulvaney has been promoted to the position of Manager, Affirmative Action Services. A one and one-half year employee of the company, she was previously an Affirmative Action Project Manager. Ms. Craig-Mulvaney has HR generalist experience and four years of affirmative action plan development experience in the manufacturing and non-profit industries.

Ms. Craig-Mulvaney holds an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a B.A. in Psychology from Hartwick College. She lives in Rochester with her husband.

Ellen Shannon has been promoted to the newly created position of Marketing Coordinator. In this role, Ellen’s responsibilities include sales and marketing support, website maintenance and special projects. A two-year employee of the company, Ellen most recently served as the Administrative Assistant for the office.

Shannon, who lives in East Rochester, holds a B.A. in English from the University of Rochester.

Kathleen Rouvina has recently joined HR Works as the Administrative Assistant for the office. In this role, she will provide a full-spectrum of administrative support to the HR Works, Inc. staff.

Ms. Rouvina lives in Penfield.
