HR Works hires Wylam, Hall

HR Works, Inc., announces two recent staff additions. Jack Wylam has joined the company as a human resource manager and AAP specialist, and Laura Hall has been hired as an HR specialist.

Wylam’s background features 30 years of HR experience at a major corporation, focusing on benefits, affirmative action and HR Management. He holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Rochester Institute of Technology, and an associate’s degree in marketing from Monroe Community College.

Wylam lives in Pittsford with his wife, Christine.

Hall will devote her time to HR Works’ handbook and Helpline clients. She has 10 years of experience in HR, including HR policy and process development, employee relations, benefits and payroll administration, corporate training, new-hire orientation, performance management, immigration, employee satisfaction, employee recognition, communications and recruitment.

Hall earned a bachelor of arts degree in sociology from Nazareth College of Rochester, with a concentration in social research and certification in elementary education.

She lives in Pittsford with her husband, Michael.
