HR Works promotes O’Brien to Director of Outsourcing

HR Works, Inc., has named Susan O’Brien its new Director of Outsourcing. She has been a senior human resources consultant at HR Works since last spring.

O’Brien has more than 20 years of experience in human resources, primarily in the high-tech, manufacturing and service industries. She has developed and implemented both strategic HR and business plans, and has particular expertise in applying technology to create efficiencies and optimize resources.

In her new position, O’Brien will manage client relationships and will direct HR Works’ field of consultants who provide full-time, part-time and/or interim on-site HR management services to clients of all sizes.

O’Brien holds a master’s degree from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree from the College of Wooster in Ohio. A Penfield native, O’Brien now lives in Pittsford.
