HR Works, an approved member of Chubb's Select Provider Network, is one of only 16 human resource consulting firms in the United States chosen for this designation. The Chubb Group offers a special employment loss prevention service to policyholders. This program is a proactive measure to reduce liability. It covers services such as:

§ Employee Handbook development,
§ Supervisors' Manual development,
§ Affirmative Action Plan development,
§ Human Resource Audits, and
§ Compliance Training for Employees and Supervisors.

Chubb underwrites a portion of the consulting fees for their clients who use HR Works to develop employee handbooks, supervisors' manuals, and affirmative action plans; conduct human resource audits; and deliver training programs. This agreement with HR Works is part of Chubb's Employment Practices Prevention Services Program.
