Audience: Experienced Supervisors and Managers

It has been said that while managers administer, leaders inspire. In today’s workplace, to be effective, supervisors must do both by incorporating elements of leadership in their day-to-day duties. Motivating and creating an effective team of employees with diverse work styles is challenging. Leadership Academy will help supervisors and managers to gain new insights, as well as learn management skills and their practical application.

Join us in this hands-on, highly interactive program for experienced supervisors looking to become more confident and achieve real business results.

Leadership Academy is completely customizable. Each course listed below can be delivered as a stand-alone course or can be combined with any number of the other courses to offer a true “academy.” These courses are delivered periodically at the HR Works, Inc. training facility and can be delivered at your worksite or, in some cases, via webinar upon request. While many of the courses are designed to be 4-8 hours in length, the length can vary to accommodate your budgetary and scheduling needs.
