Harassment Prevention Training

This workshop is designed to present a logical overview of all forms of harassment in the workplace, and will equip owners, managers and employees with practical and consistent guidelines for workplace behavior.

Participants will learn:

• What harassment is and how to recognize it
• Questionable behaviors and when employees cross the line
• How to evaluate employee behavior
• Your company's non-harassment policy and how to get help if needed

There are two sections of this workshop, one for employees and managers and another for managers only. The management section focuses on management's roles and responsibilities regarding the prevention of harassment in the workplace.
