Interim HR Support

Companies of all sizes use our HR consultants for interim assignments from one week to one year. Our consultants hit the ground running and quickly assimilate into the role and your organization’s culture.

  • A three-month assignment in which our Benefits Specialist managed a client’s open enrollment during the Benefit Manager’s leave of absence
  • A six-month, full-time recruitment assignment which involved hiring all employees for a non-profit client's new store openings
  • Two months of part-time HR Management support during a search for a new HR Director
  • A one-year HR Generalist role in a manufacturing setting
  • Four weeks of part-time HR administrative assistance to review and organize a client’s applicant materials for a government audit
  • A six-week Virtual Recruiting assignment to assist a dental office with recruiting, interviewing and reference checking

Interim clients receive full-time HR Helpline support for the duration of the assignment. Our Helpline is staffed with specialists to help resolve issues, research best practices and provide timely updates on federal and state employment regulations.
