An employee handbook is a statement of your company's intentions toward your people and is an important reference source for both supervisors and general staff. HR Works can help you create the perfect handbook for your company.

Employee handbooks from HR Works are customized to define the personnel-related policies, procedures, rules and benefits for your employees. We offer more than 85 policies that cover the full range of employee relationships – how people are selected and placed, company expectations of employees, standards for success, and a detailed outline of the benefits package. An optional Supervisor’s Manual is also available.

HR Works Employee Handbook Process

  • An HR Works Consultant will meet with you onsite or teleconference with the appropriate representative(s) of your company to conduct an Employee Handbook Interview. This meeting usually lasts two to two and a half hours.
  • Within three weeks after the handbook interview, we will provide a draft employee handbook for you to review in PDF format.
  • Once the draft is returned with your comments, we will complete the final version of your handbook and return it to you within three weeks.
  • If you choose to receive annual legal and best practice updates, our HR Helpline Services are available to you at a discounted rate.
