In order to help clients stay current and to prevent constant ‘reinvention of the wheel,’ HR Works has created a Resources Library and a Sample Forms Library. The libraries contain over 100 reference documents and customizable forms.

Whether or not HR Works develops your affirmative action plan, sometimes you need a set of “outside eyes” to confirm that your practices are fully compliant. You may purchase a self-audit tool or have an HR Works affirmative action consultant come on-site to perform the audit.
