Service Etc. will help leaders develop top-notch customer service skills by providing them with a foundation and specific process to use whenever these skills are required.  Participants will review facts, research and trends about customer service, in order to enrich their understanding of and commitment to the need for polished skills in this area.  Interactive exercises will help participants define how to put their organization’s customer service philosophy into action, by identifying words and behaviors that exemplify quality customer service.

As a result of this course, participants will be able to:

• Cite the benefits of positive customer service interactions
• Handle difficult customers and challenging customer requests with a positive approach
• Identify personal service style, as well as that of customers
• Use a model for effective customer interactions to a provide effective service
• Practice using the model through typical role play scenarios
• Develop a personal action plan to improve designated skill areas

The cost to participate in this session is $175. Participants will be invoiced following registration.

Attendees must cancel more than five business days prior to the course date to receive a full refund of the registration fee.
