Anyone responsible for human resources will benefit from HR Academy. These courses take a two-prong approach to human resources: compliance with Federal and State employment laws and best practice.

HR Academy is completely customizable. Each course listed below can be delivered as a stand-alone course or can be combined with any number of the other courses to offer a true “academy.” Courses are delivered periodically at the HR Works, Inc. training facility and can be delivered at your worksite or via webinar upon request. While many of the courses are designed to be half-day, the length can vary to accommodate your budgetary and scheduling needs.
