This interactive course is designed to help managers overcome the issues that make them reluctant to have difficult conversations with employees. The training explores the causes and indicators of conflict, as well as manager responsiveness to issues in order to foster positive communications. Participants will prepare for an upcoming tough conversation and role play various tough conversations using a structured approach.
