Interim HR Consultant Work

Interim consulting assignments vary in scope of the work, length of assignment, hours worked and location. All interim HR consultants are hired as HR Works employees. Because of this, we do not hire candidates that maintain their own independent HR consulting business or that will continue to work for another HR consulting firm.

Potential candidates must have the expertise and capabilities required for the specific client needs. They must also have the flexibility to work through the end of the assignment.

Our Interim HR Consultants are provided with the same ongoing support and expertise from the internal staff of specialists that our regular HR Works Consultants receive. Access to the most updated, legally compliant tools and resources are also provided. The HR Works staff works with you and the client throughout the assignment to ensure that expectations are being met.
