- On-Site Consultants for on-going assignments managing our clients' HR departments
- HR Professionals for interim consulting assignments
HR Works also provides executive recruiting services for our clients. We interview for Vice President, Director, Manager, Generalist and Specialist positions. Successful candidates become employees of the client’s organization and are not HR Works employees.
